Prospects provides educational consultancy, university profile evaluation, application assistance, standardized test guidance (IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, PTE, SAT), and visa advisory services.

• Admissions: Final admission decisions are made entirely at the sole discretion of respective universities, colleges, and institutions.
• Visas: Visa issuance, denial, processing times, and interview requirements are strictly determined by the relevant government embassies, consulates, and high commissions. Prospects does not guarantee visa approvals or university acceptances.

3. Accuracy of Client Information & Documents

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information, academic records, financial proof, and identification documents. Prospects is not responsible for any visa rejections, application cancellations, or legal penalties resulting from fraudulent, inaccurate, or forged documents submitted by the client.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, icons, and software, is the exclusive property of Prospects and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability
